This introductory workshop is dedicated to educating individuals about concepts related to diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety. In Part II, individuals will examine current best practices in allyship and bystandership. Participants will gain introductory knowledge to assess personal roles in facilitating change towards diversity, inclusion and psychological safety.
