On October 7, from noon-1pm, YW Calgary will celebrate the International Day of the Girl, presented by BrokerLink, by hosting a conversation about the issues facing women and girls today. In collaboration with YW Calgary’s new Women’s Economic Prosperity program, this live virtual event will feature four notable speakers who will foster intergenerational connections and a conversation you won’t want to miss.
Our Day of the Girl speakers will share their experiences and expertise on gender equity and ideas on what we can all do to ensure young women are supported to overcome current and future challenges and lead their best lives given these unprecedented times. Virtual tickets will include access to a livestream of the event and opportunity to participate in an engaging online Q&A.
