This online workshop runs every Tuesday on Zoom from September 28 – November 16, 2021
Grief is a powerful emotion. Humans are social creatures and the bonds that we create with the things and the people that we love are strong and meaningful. Emotions produced by grieving can be overwhelming and without support, may negatively impact our mental health. The good news is that it is possible to move forward if you are willing to take the necessary steps. You can rediscover a life full of joy.
This 8 week online course will help you to:
understand and identify feelings of grief and loss
recognize trauma, which can often be the result of unresolved grief
learn techniques that will help you recover from difficult experiences and bounce back when things get tough
understand your own personal path to wellness
Each week we will build upon previous topics and introduce new topics. Participation throughout is required.
