    • Indigenous Food (made by an Indigenous person/business)

    • Indigenous Storytelling (personal narrative from Indigenous friends)

    • Indigenous Music (from an Indigenous performer)

    • Indigenous Movement (from an Indigenous performer)

  • Please only sign yourself up (share the registration link for others to sign up)

  • Registration (Sign in and Smoke Medicine (Sage Smudge Face & Head))

  • Introductions

  • Land Acknowledgement

  • Viewing of a short Indigenous documentary

  • Indigenous Food to Sample (i.e. Elk Meat Stew, Firestick Bannock (over an outdoor fire pit behind the community hall))

  • Stories from Indigenous Friends with Inspiring Stories

  • Indigenous Music (singing with hand drum)

  • Indigenous Movement (7 Sacred Teachings Yoga demo)

  • Powwow Drumming (demo)

  • Closing
