Over our 40 plus years of history, Diversecities have been focused on helping Calgarians in need. As a valued supporter of our mission and values, we would like to invite you to a Lunar New Year Celebration and Fundraising Dance Gala.

The theme of this year’s event is “Thrive. Prosper. Sustain – Today’s Action for A Prosperous Future”. The event will be held on March 10, 2023, at the Chinese Cultural Centre Cuisine from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The event will feature a cultural exhibition, entertainment and celebration. A number of local dignitaries are expected to be in attendance. We hope that you will also be there. 

Celebration of the Lunar New Year festivities is a tradition in the East Asian communities, and the funds raised will support critical community programs for Calgarians in need, with a focus on visible minorities, newcomers, youth and seniors. Some of the initiatives from this event will support initiatives such as tax registration service, mental health support, Law & Advocacy Program, and Children and Youth Program.

Individual tickets to the event are $68, and tables of 10 are available for $648. You may purchase your tickets online through Eventbrite, or call our office at 403-265-8446 to register by phone.
