2026 Beyond Race: Learning to Unlearn takes place on Saturday, September 26, from 12:00 to 5:00 PM at the Calgary Municipal Building Atrium. Admission is free and open to everyone. The day brings Calgarians together across cultural communities through cultural booths, performances, and interactive workshops. Community members from youth to seniors will also take the stage to share their own experiences of immigrating to Calgary and finding their way into a new language and a new culture. Beyond Race is supported by the Government of Alberta, the City of Calgary, and the Canadian Race Relations Foundation.
